For your benefit, certain conditions are necessary for the smooth running
& enjoyment of our spa.
We trust you will enjoy your experience with us & understand the following guidelines.

Quality Service & Staff
Our spa technicians are all certified & licensed professionals.
We no longer accept credit card gratuities.
Please bring cash or check with you.

Appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the quality
& special time that you deserve.
If you are receiving any spa service,
please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time
so that you will have time to prepare for the treatment
& enjoy it to the fullest extent.

Spa & Skin Care Consultations
These are recommended before any first-time skin care,

hair removal, nail care & hair care service.
Please call or schedule a consultation online before your service begins.

No Smoking & No Cell Phone

For everyone's enjoyment & health, we offer a non-smoking environment.
We also ask that for you to be totally relaxed & rejuvenated,
kindly turn off or silence your cell phone during your spa service.

Professional Retail Products
We offer a complete array of professional skin care & beauty products.
Please ask our spa professionals to personally customize a complete regimen
​for you so your skin & nail & hair will look its best between spa visits.
All products are final sale & cannot be returned.

Quality Service Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed at our spa.
If for any reason we fall short of meeting your expectations in any way, please inform us.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/Forget/No Show Policy
Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments &
providing 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling.

This allows us the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.


If you cancel less then 48 hours there will be a cancelation fee add to your account, you will be unable to schedule any appointments with us until the balance is fully paid.

If you cancel or no show for an appointment more than 3 times after the preapproved
cancellation period (48 hours), you will no longer be able to schedule online.
However, you will be able to schedule over the phone or in-person as long as the appointment is paid for at the time of scheduling or to become a walk-in client.
