Cupping Massage (5 minutes of cupping is equal to 30 minutes of deep tissue)
This decompression therapy uses massage cups to create vacuum pressure in order to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation & increase blood flow for healing. Like deep tissue massage, cupping reaches the deep layers of soft tissue & draws to the surface stagnant blood & lymphatic fluid.
