Cancellation/Rescheduling/Forget/No Show Policy
Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible & providing a minimum of 2 of our business days notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
This allows us the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If less than 2 business days notice is given you are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled services.
This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment with us.
We understand that unanticipated events happen. Medical & family emergencies or inclement weather are exceptions to that rule.
If the area is under winter weather advisory & you believe it unsafe to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window with no charge. In this case, PLEASE CALL THE SPA!
