Spa Etiquette
 
 
For your benefit, certain conditions are necessary for the smooth running and enjoyment of our Spa. We trust you will enjoy your experience with us and understand the following guidelines. 
 
Quality Service and Staff
Our spa therapist are all certified and licensed professional.
We no longer accept gratuities on credit cards. Please bring cash or check with you. 
 
Appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment, to ensure the quality and special time that you deserve. If you are receiving a spa service, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so that you will have time to prepare for the treatment and enjoy it to the fullest extent. 
 
Spa and Skin Care Consultations
These are complimentary and recommended before any first time skin care, hair removal, massage, nail care and hair care service. Please call to schedule a consultation before your service begins. 
 
No Smoking and No Cellular Telephone
For everyone's enjoyment and health, we offer a non-smoking environment. We also ask that for you to be totally relaxed and rejuvenated; you kindly turn off your cellular telephones during your spa service. 
 
Professional Retail Products
We offer a complete array of professional skin care and beauty care products. Please, ask our spa professionals to personally prescribe a complete regimen for you, so your skin and hair will look its very best between spa visits. 
 
Quality Service Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed at the Aniko's Hungarian Skin Care and Spa. If for any reason, we fail to meet your expectations with any of our spa service or products, please inform us. 
 
Cancellation/rescheduling/forget/no show policy as of 04/01/2016
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation, rescheduling, forget and no show policy.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and therapists we have adopted the following policies:
Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Any cancellations, rescheduling, forget or no show with less then 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of scheduled services.
This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment with us.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
Medical/family emergencies or during the winter months we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the area under winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this new agreement, and look forward to being able to offer you our highest level of service as a result.

 
Reserved Rights of our Spa
We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please keep valuables at home. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Please note all returned retail products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Opened retail items are not returnable. Qualifying retail products returned unused and received at the point of purchase within 30 days of invoice.
Non-returnable items are custom orders (specials) used products, product with missing packaging, expired shelf-life product, discontinued products.
